THE OPPORTUNITY
As an Majors Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Flock Safety, you will serve as a strategic advisor and executive partner to some of our largest and most complex customers. You’ll be responsible for driving measurable outcomes, strengthening multi-threaded relationships, and ensuring that our solutions align with each agency’s strategic goals around safety, transparency, and community impact.
This role is ideal for a seasoned CSM who thrives in strategic environments, balancing executive engagement with day-to-day program execution, while influencing outcomes across diverse stakeholders, from command staff to IT to city leadership.
THE SKILLSET
- Strategic Relationship Management: 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships, managing enterprise-level or public sector customers with complex stakeholder environments.
- Executive Presence: Ability to navigate executive-level conversations with confidence, clarity, and diplomacy.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of organizational goals, budgeting cycles, and how to tie Flock’s solutions to tangible operational and community outcomes.
- Program Leadership: Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from kickoff to renewal, ensuring accountability and communication across all stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting usage data, KPIs, and adoption trends to drive insight-led engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven success partnering with Sales, Product, Legal, and Deployment teams in a matrixed environment.
- Public Safety or Security Experience (Preferred): Understanding of government operations, procurement processes, or public safety workflows.

SALARY & EQUITY

THE OPPORTUNITY
Flock Safety is looking for a Billing Specialist, known internally as an Order Management Specialist, to join our team in a remote capacity. Exemplary time management skills, a desire to solve customer problems, and effective communication are all key components to being successful in this role.
This role is part of the Case Management department, and will be responsible for the day-to-day internal and external case handlings and escalations in regard to invoice and order questions. You will be a member of the team that drives and owns customer billing operations resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing operations case issues and escalations. You will collaborate with cross functional teams and individuals in executing this responsibility within your assigned segment.
- Proactively manage case counts to ensure resolution is achieved in a timely manner.
- Maintain concise, complete, and accurate case notes and tags to enable management to report on performance and objectives.
- Perform customer reconciliations and analysis relating to perceived discrepancies and customer clarity as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams to streamline communication and problem-solving.
- Escalate internal and external inquiries through management meetings and email communication to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, and maximize resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance team, including but not limited to cash application, customer invoicing, collections, and MEC deliverables.
THE SKILLSET
- 2-5 years of experience in billing operations and/or accounts receivable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing escalated customer matters with professionalism and tact, along with the ability to support team members.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate and manipulate datasets in Excel, utilizing pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Possess a high level of enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain adaptable in response to changing needs and priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently, effectively managing and using time through organization and structure.
- A team player, capable of collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to solve complex issues and drive effective, optimal account resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and clearly with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Proven experience with Salesforce and Zoom calls is a plus.

- By now you are working independently to resolve customer billing and collections issues and engaging internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Understand the invoice and collection process. Work to hit SLAs and collections goals.

SALARY & EQUITY
The salary range for this role is $52,000 - $70,000, as well as Flock Safety stock options. Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how well you demonstrate the competencies required for the role, along with years of directly related experience. Due to typically reserving the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth, you can expect a starting compensation around the midpoint of the posted salary band. During the first interview with one of our recruiters, they can further clarify the exact starting salary.

The Opportunity
Flock Safety is seeking an experienced Lead Demo Pilot to set the standard for our Drone as First Responder (DFR) and demonstration programs. The Lead Demo Pilot will play a crucial role in guiding demo operations, mentoring and evaluating Demo Pilots, and ensuring safe, consistent, and professional flight demonstrations across all locations. The ideal candidate will hold a current FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, demonstrate deep operational knowledge of the Flock Aerodome system, and possess strong leadership skills to support both pilots and the broader Aviation Division.This position offers a unique opportunity to represent cutting edge technology that saves lives and improves public safety.
This position is an on-site position at a demo facility in Atlanta and will require up to 40% domestic travel.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee Demonstration Operations: Act as RPIC or supervising pilot during demos and fly days. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety protocols. Lead pre-flight planning, crew briefings, and post-flight debriefs, and represent demo operations at high-profile events when required.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor Demo Pilots to maintain consistency and excellence across the team. Support hiring and onboarding in coordination with the Chief Pilot. Provide feedback and coaching to ensure Demo Pilots are prepared for both operational and client-facing responsibilities.
- Standardization & Training Oversight: Develop and maintain demo pilot training and recurrency programs. Conduct check-ins, evaluations, and scenario based standardization flights. Ensure demo pilots remain current in qualifications, SOP knowledge, and customer engagement standards.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor demo operations across locations to ensure alignment with SOP go/no-go criteria, abort triggers, and contingency planning. Confirm demo facilities are resourced with required aircraft, batteries, and connectivity equipment. Support the Chief Pilot by providing regular updates on demo pilot performance and operational readiness.
- Safety & Compliance: Review demo incident reports and ensure documentation aligns with FAA and Flock requirements. Contribute to trend analysis and implement operational adjustments to strengthen demo safety and consistency. Reinforce Flock’s non-punitive safety culture within the demo pilot team.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Work directly with Sales and DFR Specialists to plan and deliver safe and effective demos and fly days. Provide operational feedback from field operations to Product and Engineering teams to support ongoing system improvements. THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Safety and Compliance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring Flock’s field operations, warehouses, and public-sector installation projects meet the highest standards of safety, labor compliance, and regulatory adherence.
This role blends hands-on field safety leadership, public works labor compliance expertise, and program ownership. You will partner closely with Field Operations, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to protect our people, ensure compliance, and enable scalable growth across complex, multi-state deployments.
THE SKILLSET
- 3+ years of experience in safety management, labor compliance, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and DOT safety regulations.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

The Opportunity

This role will be a critical business partner for the Operations organization & leadership and will be key to scaling our modeling and reporting capabilities. The Strategic Finance team at Flock is responsible for forecasting the business units they support, providing insight on business performance, developing strategies for improvement, and tracking variances/anomalies in financial data. THE OPPORTUNITY
Flock Safety is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience building connected hardware products in a fast-paced engineering environment. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced electrical, firmware, and mechanical engineers to support the design, development, testing, and validation of electrical systems that power Flock’s IoT devices. You’ll contribute to real-world projects by assisting with circuit and PCB design, performing engineering analysis such as power budgets and signal integrity, supporting prototype bring-up and debugging, and participating in testing and validation of production hardware. The internship offers meaningful exposure to the full hardware development lifecycle, from component selection and schematic documentation to system-level troubleshooting, design reviews, and new product development discussions, providing practical experience that complements your academic learning.
THE SKILLSET
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit analysis, digital/analog electronics, and signal processing.
- Familiarity with PCB design and schematic capture tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD).
- Hands-on experience with electronics lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, power supplies).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, or IoT devices is a plus.
- Experience with soldering, PCB rework, or hardware prototyping is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to get hands-on with hardware.

COMPENSATION
In this role, you’ll receive an hourly rate of $30-35 USD. Interns are expected to work a full 40-hour week during the duration of their internship.

The Opportunity
You’ll design, build, and run account-based campaigns that move target accounts through awareness to pipeline across both public and private sectors. This is a manager-level, cross-functional role: you’ll own the ABM campaign playbook, run 1:1 and exec-level ABM plays, partner tightly with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Marketing Ops to operationalize ABM at scale while adapting tactics by sector (public vs private). This role balances strategy, execution, vendor/tool management, and campaign performance management to increase multi-threaded engagement and measurable pipeline influence.
The Skillset
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, including 2+ years leading ABM programs at scale across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Deep expertise in ABM and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense or similar), marketing automation (Marketo/Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), with strong analytical and data fluency.
- Proven ability to align Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Marketing Ops around unified account strategy and measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Strong operational discipline, including campaign brief development, structured kickoff cadences, reporting frameworks, vendor management, and quality assurance.
- Exceptional written and executive communication skills, with experience building executive briefs, ROI narratives, and thought leadership-driven campaigns.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement environments and/or private sector security, retail, or property workflows.
- Demonstrated success executing executive-level ABM plays and integrating customer advocacy into account-based strategies.
- Hands-on experience orchestrating multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, direct mail, events, and sales outreach.

The First 60 Days
- Activate a measurable 1:1 ABM pilot with defined campaign architecture, sales enablement, and signal orchestration.
- Formalize core ABM playbooks, workflows, and handoff processes to ensure repeatability and speed to follow-up.
- Stand up reporting infrastructure with visibility into engagement, meetings, and influenced pipeline.
90 Days & Beyond
- Analyze pilot performance, refine targeting and execution, and optimize channel and signal strategy.
- Institutionalize standardized ABM governance, templates, enablement assets, and GTM cadence.
- Deliver a forward-looking expansion roadmap to scale ABM across additional segments with defined resource needs.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Public Affairs Manager to play a critical role in engaging with external stakeholders to enhance public safety in our communities. Reporting to the Director of Public Affairs, this role will focus on collaborating with cross-functional partners to engage with local elected officials, grassroots/grasstops organizations, and community leaders. You will represent Flock Safety externally, including regularly speaking at city council meetings, help build credibility across a variety of stakeholder audiences, develop meaningful partnerships, and elevate the voices of our customers and those who benefit from our tools to help advance our strategic policy objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who thrives in complex landscapes, excels at relationship-building, and is passionate about amplifying Flock Safety’s mission and impact.
YOU MUST BE IN THE SEATTLE, WASHINGTON AREA TO BE CONSIDERED
THE SKILLSET
- Previous experience in the tech industry is preferred.
- Direct experience engaging with public affairs audiences at the local executive level (mayor, council member, city manager level), including on the campaign trail, in an advocacy role, or in local government.
- Ability to thrive and get results in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Self-starter; intrinsically motivated with grit who approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel on short notice and a willingness to work long hours that city council meetings sometimes require.

- A sophisticated understanding of the regional political landscape at the city and county level.
